When you send a request through our form, we collect the details you type in: your name, email address, phone number, preferred location, the program you are interested in, a preferred date and your message.
Like most websites, our server also keeps standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. We use a session cookie so the form works correctly. We do not use advertising cookies.
How we use it
We use your details only to answer your request, set up training sessions and programs, and follow up about the request you sent. Technical logs help us keep the site secure and working.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and our bookings, and only as far as they need it to do that work, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep requests for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep reasonable business records, then we delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we have about you. Send a request through the contact form or call either location and we will take care of it.
Children
Requests for athletes under 18 should be sent by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13.
