Good to know
Something else on your mind? Send us a message and we will answer.
I have never trained with a coach. Where do I start?
Start with a first session. We talk about your goals, look at how you move and suggest personal or small group training, whichever fits you better.
What is the difference between personal and small group training?
Personal training is just you and a coach, fully built around you. Small group training puts a few people with one coach, so it costs less per session and the energy is higher.
Do you train athletes?
Yes. Athlete performance sessions cover speed, agility, strength and injury prevention for school, club and adult athletes.
Where is the strength equipment?
Squat racks, dumbbells and benches are at our Fort Greene gym. Greenpoint has large open rooms for conditioning, speed work and group sessions.
What should I bring?
Clean training shoes, comfortable clothes and water. Street shoes are not allowed on the floors.

Tell us your goal and we will get back to you, usually the same day. Prefer to talk? Call the gym directly.
